Her background in Interior Design combined with years of hands-on experience in space optimization, equips her to craft environments that perfectly align with each client's unique values and practical needs. 

As both a practicing designer and professor of Interior Design at SCAD, Hodge brings fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to every project. She's the boots on the ground, managing project execution and ensuring seamless delivery while inspiring the next generation of sustainable designers. Her education in Interior Design and Master's in Design for Sustainability, combined with NCIDQ certification and leadership in the IIDA Georgia Chapter, equips her to integrate eco-friendly practices with functional design. 

As Head of Business Development and Finance, Melody brings both strategic vision and project management expertise to every KMS partnership. She's the bridge between creative possibilities and practical realities, leveraging her PMP certification and real estate development background to guide complex projects from conception to completion. Her foundation in economics and project management, combined with a natural talent for collaboration, equips her to orchestrate successful outcomes that maximize both design impact and investment value.
